Return and Refund Policy

Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Originals

I am proud of the works that I offer on my website. I want you to feel comfortable purchasing a painting from this site. To make it as easy and pain-free as possible to acquire a new work of art, I offer a refund policy for original paintings bought direct from this site. If your painting arrives and is not what you expected, get in touch right away and I will work with you to rectify the situation, up to and including accepting the painting back for a full refund. (Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, and must arrive undamaged)

All pieces that are shipped from GMeyer Fine Art include insurance against damage and loss. If your original painting arrives bent or damaged, be sure to get in touch with me right away so that I can work with you to rectify the situation. Make sure you have photos available to show the damage.

To initiate a return of an original painting or drawing, please email hello@gmeyerfineart.com and include the following information:

      • Your name
      • Your phone number
      • The title of the piece
      • The date of purchase
      • The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
      • The reason for requesting a return
      • If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.

Prints, Cards, Calendars

Prints purchased from GMeyer Fine Art will not be refunded. However, if damage or loss to a printed piece is incurred during shipping, we will work with you to provide a replacement. In this case, please make sure to send photos of the damage, and contact me immediately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable
